Program Information

  • IM&A Online Certificate: 75 learning hours
  • CPMI Online Certificate: 55 learning hours
  • Onsite Classes for Both Programs: 32.5 learning hours each

Participants should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree or higher and have at least 3 years of professional experience. Exceptions may be made upon review.

  • Online: Self-paced with a 3-month completion timeline. Includes on-demand video lectures, slides, readings, and assignments. Optional interactive virtual live sessions are available throughout the year for an additional fee.

 

  • Onsite: A 4-day intensive in-person class, with 7.5 hours of training per day. Participants engage in live discussions, group work, and assignments in class.

Attendance Requirements

Attendance is recorded in real-time through Singpass. QR code for attendance opens 30 minutes before the session and closes 30 minutes after it ends. A minimum of 75% attendance is required

Assessments and Examinations

Yes, participants are required to take an exam as part of IBF funding requirements.

 

  • Online Self-Study: The exam can be taken any time after completing module assignments within the 3-month period. There are also module assessments that needs to be completed within the 3-month period.

 

  • Onsite Physical: Exam is online proctored and must be completed within 30 days after the class.
  • IM&A Exam: 4 hours, 39 questions (MCQs + open-ended), includes case studies and calculations.
  • CPMI Exam: 3 hours, 10 open-ended questions, no calculations required.
  • Passing Rates: IM&A – 70%; CPMI – 60%.

Exam retakes are allowed twice without a fee. A third retake may be requested by appeal, subject to approval.

 

Failure to complete the assessment and exam requirements results in IBF subsidy forfeiture, requiring payment of full program fees.
